Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Standard Delivery: FREE (bulky items may incur surcharge)
- Courier Delivery: £4.95 (bulky items may incur surcharge)
- Delivery Time: 2-4 working days for standard
Pre-Orders & Special Items
Pre-Order Items
- Despatched to arrive on official release date
- When combined with in-stock items: in-stock items will ship first, pre-order items will ship around release date
Large Items (Consoles, Collector's Editions etc)
- Heavy Items or large dimensions will be sent by courier
- Automatically upgraded to Parcelforce delivery at no extra cost (mainland UK)
- Special locations may incur additional surcharge for bulky courier items
- Signature maybe required on delivery

- Orders placed after 2pm or weekends: Despatched next working day *

Restrictions & Limitations
Shipping Delays
- Bank holidays and weekends don't count as working days
- Severe weather may cause postal delays
- Peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday) may extend delivery times
Damaged or Lost Items
- Report damaged items as soon as possible after delivery
- Lost items: Check our help page first, then wait 10 working days before reporting
- We'll arrange replacement or refund for lost/damaged items
Returns & Exchanges
Return Shipping
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns over £150
