  • Delivery Time: Next working day
  • Tracking: Full tracking with signature confirmation
  • Coverage: Mainland UK addresses

Special Locations

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands

  • Standard Delivery: FREE (bulky items may incur surcharge)
  • Courier Delivery: £4.95 (bulky items may incur surcharge)
  • Delivery Time: 2-4 working days for standard

Pre-Orders & Special Items

Pre-Order Items

  • Despatched to arrive on official release date
  • When combined with in-stock items: in-stock items will ship first, pre-order items will ship around release date

Large Items (Consoles, Collector's Editions etc)

  • Heavy Items or large dimensions will be sent by courier
  • Automatically upgraded to Parcelforce delivery at no extra cost (mainland UK)
  • Special locations may incur additional surcharge for bulky courier items
  • Signature maybe required on delivery

Processing Times

In-Stock Items

  • Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri): Despatched same day *
  • Orders placed after 2pm or weekends: Despatched next working day *
  • Bank holidays may cause delays

Restrictions & Limitations

Shipping Delays

  • Bank holidays and weekends don't count as working days
  • Severe weather may cause postal delays
  • Peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday) may extend delivery times

Damaged or Lost Items

  • Report damaged items as soon as possible after delivery
  • Lost items: Check our help page first, then wait 10 working days before reporting
  • We'll arrange replacement or refund for lost/damaged items

Returns & Exchanges

Return Shipping

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns over £150

Faulty Items

  • We'll cover return shipping costs for faulty items
  • Replacement items shipped at no extra charge
